What he needs … is to sound like he’s concerned enough to do something about it without actually having to do anything.
He may use the info as ammo to build a larger case against something but he Will Not Rock the Boat enough to get Josh outa jail.

In response to ted, i think you – richard – laid out the facts very succinctly in the beginning of this episode so hopefully you have pointed this to DK’s office. Also seems like a good one to post on YouTube, though given the short attention span of some (many?) you might want to just post the opening story with a link to josh’s site. i found it compelling.
He is now chairing a house committee on government oversight and he is planning to hold hearings on media reform and he is asking for our help in determining who to invite.
